By creating an account or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pulse.
You must be at least 13 years old (or your country's minimum digital-consent age) to use Pulse.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method (Google account, or your email and password) secure. One person per account; do not impersonate others or pick an offensive or misleading username. Usernames can be changed once — choose carefully.
You agree not to: break the law; harass, threaten, or abuse others; post hateful, sexual, or violent content; spam; cheat, manipulate, or exploit the XP, rank, streak, or leaderboard systems; attempt to access other users' private data; or reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service. See our Community Guidelines.
You own the content you create in Pulse. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the app — for example, syncing your data to your devices, computing your XP and rank, and showing your username, rank, current-week activity, and community posts to other users as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you post. You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.
Pulse is a self-tracking and motivation tool, not a source of medical, nutritional, fitness, mental-health, or financial advice. Numbers shown in Pulse (calories, XP, scores, currency values) are based on what you enter and on general formulas, and may be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, exercise, or finances. You use Pulse at your own risk. See the Disclaimer.
We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice. Banned accounts lose access to the leaderboard and community sections. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Pulse is currently provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data will never be lost — please use the in-app export feature for your own records. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms as Pulse evolves; we will change the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them. For material changes we will note it in-app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
